Our Hollar Farms salad greens are grown in our state-of-the-art aquaponics greenhouse. Our customers are constantly surprised at the superior flavor and texture of our mix compared to what can be purchased in the store. Did you know that greens at the store can be up to two weeks old before they even get on the shelf? That means they’ve already lost a significant portion of their nutrients to oxidation. Our greens are harvested weekly and sold within a week of harvest to local customers, ensuring they are sold at the height of nutrition, flavor, and texture.
